Position Description The Customer Service Representative ( CSR) is the liaison between the company and the customer. The Customer Service Representative manages customer inquiries, order processing and overall communication regarding products and the company. The CSR must be able to multitask and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail and follow through with assignments. This busy office environment offers challenges and future advancement opportunity to the right individual. Minimum Qualifications 2-3 years of related experience in a customer service position handling inbound and outbound calls and emails. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and other proprietary information systems is required. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both oral and written communications. Must have ability to foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, clients, and coworkers. Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
