Job Description

UCP of Maine has an Exciting Opportunity for a Home Visitor in our
Early Start Denver Model Program!

This innovative program uses a comprehensive early intervention approach for children aged 12 -48 months of age of with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Guided by principles of developmental psychology and applied behavior analysis (ABA), the Home Visitor will work with children and their families in their homes using teaching interventions which are delivered within play based, relationship focused routines. The person in this position will work closely with University of Maine personnel and Child Development Personnel and must be able to remain client focused in these interactions.

Successful candidates for this position will have:

  • A driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
  • 282 certification OR a minimum of 90 college credits in order to obtain Ed Tech III certification.
