Daily responsibilities include working within one of our Supervised Residential Living Programs assuring resident daily needs are met, administering prescribed medications, charting and maintaining resident progress records, and carrying out resident plans of care. In addition, some travel around the Waterville and Augusta area with residents may be required. The ideal candidate will be able to problem solve and help with decision making, and will be organized with good communication skills. Second and third shift work available. We provide homey environments that allow residents to participate in intensive social programs and rehabilitative services within their chosen community. In addition to our nine congregate living homes in Augusta, we have two residential programs in Waterville, which provide the same services to those who wish to live in the Waterville area.
