Experienced in the use of plural component spray equipment systems desired Experienced in the use of portable blasting, ultra-high pressure water jetting and dehumidification equipment desired Understanding of Navy Standard Items 009-32, desired Understanding of SSPC Systems and Specifications, desired Solid understanding of shipbuilding processes and MACPAC systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required Demonstrated ability to effectively manage conflict required Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities required Must be competent in MS Office products to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Previous supervisory experience in a production environment desired   Ability to work all areas of a ship, including tanks Ability to obtain Secret clearance preferred
