Job Responsibilities: Review and understand client’s scheduling standards and use on projects. Review RFP and/or contract for specific scheduling needs and profile critical timelines. Work with estimators and project team to develop baseline schedule. Actively participate in turnover meetings and assist project team in preparing planned schedule in alignment with company expectations. Ensure that assignment and scheduling of work follows company standards. Monitor execution of contract including material and equipment deliveries, progress of construction, and anticipate risk factors that could delay completion. Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the progress of projects internally and externally.
