You can share knowledge and help us streamline services so we deliver excellence to the agencies.  Overview of assignments:   Administers multi-user computer systems/networks to control systems and realize maximum utilization and efficiency. Plans, develops, coordinates, and manages complex projects to meet agency information systems objectives. Assists in developing agency strategic plans for related information systems in cooperation with agency management, internal and external personnel, vendor representatives, consultants, and user/client community to develop integrated information systems. Works with other Agency on software installs and projects, and works to complete assigned tickets to the team. Researches, designs, installs, and configures multi-layered computer systems/networks composed of multi-user operating, communications, and applications systems. Develops and recommends policies and procedures concerning system security and user operations to ensure system and data integrity and adherence to state and agency information system standards. Assigns, directs, oversees, and evaluates the work of subordinate technical and support personnel to ensure work meets established standards and systems operate effectively. Advises internal and external technical support personnel in the diagnosis and correction of system problems, upgrades, or expansions to assist in resolving problems.   KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:    Knowledge of Configuration Manager Current Branch and complex software applications.
